This is the only domed plug that I know of that will work with BH 209. That is in my long range hunter (basically an exteme as far as the bolt goes)After letting it warm up for 20 minutes and calibrating with the check weights I used a T/C U-View Powder Measure which I had locked at 100 grains by VOLUME. I used a T/C U-View Powder Flask to pour the Blackhorn 209 into the Powder Measure. However, that is caused by using full power 209 primers which lead to the crud ring with 777. Go to one of the ML only primers that are about 1/4 power and that will stop the crud ring too.I figured 77 by weight should be 110 grains by volume. I measured out 78 grains and dumped it into the Blackhorn tube. To my surprise it only filled the tube to 100 grains. I filled the tube to 120 grains and dumped it on my scale and it weighed 96.5 grains. 120 grs/v should be 84 grs/w. I poured the Blackhorn into the tubes with a funnel.
