Unfortunately, it only tells you after the fact. It is possible to get a +OPK and not ovulate, which is why OPKs are not always accurate. I refused to use ovulation predictor test kits (OPKs), take my basal body temperature (BBT) to chart ovulation, or anything other help with conceiving. Hiya, so I’m 7/8 dpo today… had positive opk on 17th and I had ovulation pain the same day so That’s why I say 7/8 dpo opk was negative the next day.
